Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Please contact us before returning any products.
Your right to cancel an order - The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you with to cancel an order please phone Sunset Pools on 01825 890333 or if you prefer via e-mail. Please quote your order reference number.
Intex pool returns - With regards to Intex pools, if there is a fault with the pool liner, which renders the pools inoperable you will need to cut around the inflation valve and send that small piece to us. We will then arrange for Intex to send you a replacement. Please note that faults with inflatable items must be notified to us no later than 7 days after the day of delivery.
Please note that a 20% handling charge will be applied unless the goods were delivered in a faulty condition.
