For UK Mainland, all orders ordered online and over £60 are free except where mentioned. All orders below this are charged at £6.99
For all other areas please call before placing order.
We use a next day carrier service and will attempt to deliver a next day service to you, but please allow three to five working days for your orders to arrive. We understand that you may need your supplies as a matter of urgency and as such we will attempt at all times to provide a next day delivery service. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, so to order before the weekend we must receive your order before 3.30pm Thursday. We can offer Saturday deliveries although this adds a further cost. Please call us for details.
Delivery is either direct from our Pool suppliers for goods such as large above ground pools, Boilers and larger heavier goods or direct from our own stores via Parcel Force/Fastway.
Unless otherwise notified they will all require a signature upon delivery. If you are happy for your order be left safe or with a neighbour please advise us at time of order and we will pass on these instructions to the delivery company. If an order is unable to be delivered and no instructions have been left we reserve the right to charge an additional carriage fee to meet the additional cost we would have incurred.
Please Note: If you instruct us to leave your goods without signature, i.e. an unattended delivery, the responsibility falls on you to ensure a safe delivery site. We will not be held responsible for lost items if your delivery instructions have been passed to our carrier.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of Spa's. This will allow pre installation details to be followed through before delivery. We will always attempt to deliver before 21 days where possible.
Certain water treatment products are individually packaged to comply with new UN regulations which was introduced back in 2004 relating to the transportation of hazardous goods.
